Maxine Roper is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, leading teams in the French and UK markets. She has worked for 18 years at Mars, Nestlé, Sara Lee and Andros, managing and achieving significant profitable growth on key brands such as Bonne Maman, Uncle Ben’s Andros and L’Or. In 2011 Maxine joined the French Avril Group as Marketing Director on Food and managed upstream agrifood projects with key B2C accounts, achieved through innovations in the upstream value chain. In 2016 she cofounded Connecting Food, a FoodTech start-up proposing real-time certification of food compliance using the blockchain and big-data. As marketing and innovation expert Maxine helps designing business models and innovation throughout the production chain, and proposing use-cases based on new technologies.
