Xavier Lesauvage is an executive, consultant and lecturer with 20+ years experience aimed at delivering outstanding growth results in marketing and innovation challenges within consumer markets.
Xavier has worked over 15 years as marketer at Nestlé, Sara Lee Douwe Egberts (now Jacobs Douwe Egberts) and Panrico-Donuts, now Grupo Bimbo. He was leading national and international teams as Marketing Director and Board of Management member over 10 years.
Since 2005, he has been acting as a consultant for several international growth projects and founded Connociam, a Marketing and Innovation consultancy. In 2015 Connociam and Ignite signed a strategic alliance and as a result, Xavier joined Ignite’s team. Between 2010 and 2015 he also acted as Innovation Leader at ESADECREAPOLIS, ESADE’s Collaborative Innovation Ecosystem.
Xavier has worked in several growth projects, mostly in B2C categories. He has helped multinational and large local companies to organise their growth initiatives or find new ones. He also supports company teams to make their growth initiatives real and actionable to deliver outstanding results. Xavier has a large experience across multiple categories, mostly in FMCG / CPG and Healthcare. He has provided strategic recommendations and has supported teams operating in several food, cosmetic, home-caring and Pharmaceutical-OTC markets.
Since 1999, Xavier Lesauvage is also a renowned Marketing, Innovation and Branding lecturer at ESADE, as well as at other international universities and companies. He participates in several entrepreneurship initiatives.

Xavier speaks and conduct projects and lectures in French, English and Spanish. He holds an MBA award from ESADE Business School and a Master CEMS degree from HEC School of Management.
